Welcome to CSM!
Central Student Ministries (CSM) takes place every Wednesday from 6:30-8:10 PM. Students meet in Room 218. Following our large group time, students break into connection groups. Connection Groups focus on helping students live out their faith in real and tangible ways. To find a Connection Group for your student, sign up for CSM - Click Here.
MS & HS Split times: Several times throughout the year, you will notice that we separate middle school and high school. These times allow us to better concentrate on specific milestone related focuses.
Hang Time: After CSM each week, we have Hang Time. During Hang Time students get to choose the activities that they are involved with whether hanging at the snack bar, playing board or video games, or throwing down some gagaball, 9 square or dodgeball - we have a place for them.
Worship Nights: On September 29, 2021 and March 30, 2022, we will take over our Worship Center for Student Worship Nights.
- Scripture Memory: This year we are reintroducing Scripture Memory as part of CSM. Every week there is a scripture memory verse for students to learn that reinforces that week's lesson. Students can quote this verse for a free item at the Snack Bar.
January - April, 2022 CSM Schedule
There's a big culture clash between the world we live in and God's kingdom values. Students will explore what it means to be in the world but not of it and what to do when God's everlasting truth intersects with our always - changing culture.

These lessons will focus on how experiencing a relationship with God changes the way we live. The things we used to value are replaced with things God values. Sin and darkness are overcome by light, we begin to believe God's truth instead of the enemy's lies, our our faith is stronger than our doubts, and we stop trying to earn salvation, but rest in God's glorious grace. The more we pursue Jesus, the more we'll desire the things of God and stop chasing after the world.

These four lessons clearly show what good character is why it's needed, and how to have it. First and foremost, Christ-like character comes from God's work in our hearts through the Holy Spirit. Middle school students will see what they should be shooting for, while gaining hope that God is faithfully at work in their hearts to change them from the inside out.
