Sparks 2021-2022

Awana Sparks meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:10 pm. It is a club-based program allowing kids to journey through handbooks together while celebrating their accomplishments along the way.  Each night has four different componants.  Kids start together in the Activities Center for Opening Ceremony and then progress to Game Time, Handbook Time & Council Time.  Kids are picked up in Room 213.

Sparkies begin by going through Flight 316.  This booklet serves as an introduction to scripture memory by teaching them John 3:16.  

Sparkies progress over a three year period through three different handbooks levels.

As they complete these handbooks, depending on their grade, they progress on through reviews and extra credit for additional awards.

We ask that parents through the week following practice the scripture memory verse section that your child is on.  Each week, our Awana leaders help sign off their sections.  This year we are going through the Appleseed Handbook.

During Council Time, kids will celebrate with each other their acheivements through awards as well as learn.  This year's lessons are listed below.
